Cleric: Inquisition Domain
On the surface Inquisitors specialize in the identifying of magical persons to be recruited to the various magical universities. In reality (while they certainly accomplish this task to great effect) their primary goal is the hunting down, capture, and retrieval of unregistered magical persons. They use various magics and skills to do so, and a run-in with an Inquisitor is something sure to be remembered. Strangely enough, almost no one remembers meeting one; leaving their order one of great mystery and intrigue.

Inquisition Domain Spells
1st- Compelled Duel, Identify
3rd- Detect Thoughts, Find Steed
5th- Counterspell, Nondetection
7th- Compulsion, Mordenkainen’s Faithful Hound
9th- Modify Memory, Teleportation Circle

Bonus Proficiencies: When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons and proficiency in the Arcana skill.

Bonus Cantrip: When you choose this domain at 1st level, you select one cantrip from the Wizard spell list. For you this cantrip counts as a Cleric cantrip.

Channel Divinity: Resilient to Magic
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to shield yourself from magic.
As an action, you can use your Channel Divinity to gain advantage on saving throws against effects from spells for the next 1 minute.

Channel Divinity: Order’s Power
At 6th level, when you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature you may use your Channel Divinity to gain temporary hit points equal to half the amount of hit points restored. These bonus hit points last for the next minute.

Potent Spellcasting
At 8th level, you have learned to harness your skills in the Arcane to greater efficacy. You now add double your proficiency bonus to your Spell Save DC.

Grand Inquisition
At 17th level, you have mastered the art of hunting magic users. You now double the duration of any spell you cast requiring concentration.

The description kinda lays it out, but the point here is that the Inquisition tracks and enforces magical registration.

Any C&C is welcome.
