Stygia - Under New Management
The 5th Layer casino is pleased to announce that Stygia is under new management. Prince Levistas proved, well, unworthy to rule from his frozen throne. And in a recent bid war, our own director, Lady Charone, was appointed ruler of the plane.
We are sure that this change will usher in a new era of prosperity, and make Stygia foremost among the layers.
Planar Traits
Gravity: Normal above the surface of the river, however, as you sink down further gravity increases. At 120ft. Gravity becomes heavy. Once you sink down, you don't float back up.
Time: Time is normal unless the IS Lady Leviathan is in the vicinity. Time within the ship moves at 1/2 of normal time, to allow more gambling in a day.
Divinely Morphic: Lady Charone has limited control over the topography and geography of the realm.
Mildly Evil Aligned
Limited Magic: Spells from the Luck Domain will fizzle in the presence of the Leviathan

The Leviathan is a floating casino fashioned of bone and flesh, held together by the Lady Charone's Magic. The ship itself is both a location and an entity.

The port city of tantlin is constructed on a large Ice flow.
