Contingency for life cleric 1/abjuration wizard x

So, I just got the expensive material component for casting contingency. I'm trying to decide what to set up as a generic use. For this build, could I do an "if I am knocked unconscious, cast a 5th level cure wounds on myself (5d8+5 for me - 2 from life cleric, 3 from 16 wis)? Anyone have any better ideas?

That's a fine use. Another might be to use that exact statement, but add an or clause in there.

"If I am knocked unconscious, cast a 5th level cure wounds on myself."

"If I am knocked unconscious or say the word Poodle, cast a 5th level cure wounds on myself."

This gives you a little bit more use out of the spell and allows you to use it in multiple ways.

Good call on the optional triggering word. I guess it would help if I laid out the rest of the group. We have a sorcerer, paladin, ranger, barbarian, and monk. So no true healer. I'm by default the throw a healing word and get them back on their feet guy. I do have a lot of survivability between full plate and shield, 16 con, and arcane ward in addition to the normal wizard tricks.
