Elemental Envoy

Hi

One of my players is playing a Psion and he took Elemental Envoy feat (chose the Fire one).
And this got me thinking...

Is this little guy be any help at later levels? Now he's doing ok (PCs at level 6) but i highly doubt it will keep up later.

Is this feat any good, or not at all? If not, is there any way to boost it a bit (like add bonus HD)?

it's not great.

since you're the GM, you can always allow him to retrain it when he levels up and it's no longer useful, or since psionics are in play, have him pay to get it psychically reformed.
