Can you mix melee and ranged with iterative attacks? For example stab with a dagger and then throw it.

What about while using TWF? Stab with one dagger and throw another with the other hand.

And maybe adding Rapid Shot to make for example a melee attack and two ranged attacks? Stab with one dagger and then throw both (TWF), or stab then throw the other and quickdraw/throw another (iterative)?

I don't think there's anything saying that you can't do the first two; the TWF rules (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Two-Weapon-Fighting) mentions throwing with both hands but not mixing attacks, while the full-round action rules (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Full-Round-Actions) don't mention it at all. Rapid Shot says "when making a full-action attack with a ranged weapon", which probably disqualifies mixing.

You can use the attacks from BAB with any mixture of weapons, ranges, or hands you want.

For example:
A Fighter 20 gets 4 attacks. They could smash with a mace in their primary hand, drop that mace as a free action, throw a dagger from their offhand, punch with their offhand, quickdraw a greatsword, and finish with a slash from their greatsword. They wouldn't do that sequence because several of those choices are tactical mistakes, but they can do all of that.

Two Weapon Fighting(which is different from the above) grants you an extra attack in exchange for some attack penalties. When using TWF the extra attack you gain must be taken using the off hand.

Rapid Shot grants 1 extra attack with a ranged weapon but all your attacks(ranged or melee) suffer a -2 penalty. Technically only that extra attack needs to be with the ranged weapon, however I get the impression that the intent was for at least 1 of your normal attacks to involve the ranged weapon.
You can get one extra attack per round with a ranged weapon. The attack is at your highest base attack bonus, but each attack you make in that round (the extra one and the normal ones) takes a –2 penalty. You must use the full attack action (see page 143) to use this feat.

Flurry of Blows grants extra attacks. However, unlike TWF or Rapid Shot, Flurry restricts all your attacks to being made with monk weapons.

Here's a FAQ (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9onf) that agrees (although it doesn't go into quite the level of detail/nonsense).

Do note that using a Ranged weapon while within melee range of an opponent will provoke an AoO (which is yet another reason mixing melee+ranged is usually a bad idea).

Although if you are in meelee with opponent A and kill it with some meelee attacks, then you could switch to ranged attacks to kill opponent B who is further away.

Thanks. I was mostly thinking, if you've declared a full attack and somehow happen to kill everyone in melee range with attacks left, if you could continue by throwing things. Although I guess you'd have to declare Rapid Shot/TWF before making any attacks because of the penalties, so that would be less useful.

edit: ninja avatar apparently makes me more prone to being ninja'd
