On a serious note, I think the end of the story arc won't be until they get Roy back on board Hinjo's junk, and I think the Giant would probably put up a notice saying when he was taking a well-earned rest.

I think he'd be kind enough to tell everyone if this were the end of the story arc. He's probably just still down ill. Regardless of whether the triple-length is three comics or not, it has the material of three comics and takes as much effort as, you guessed it, three comics.
