Upgrade Handbook?

Is there a handbook or list or something for/of the ways to add intrinsic abilities to your character? If not, is someone willing to create one? Should they?

I'm looking for stuff like those rituals from LoD, Cerebrosis, the Ritual of Crucimigration (the one that makes you a Necropolitan, ability score tomes, etc.
