So far what has occurred to me was initially an anti-Decanter of Endless Water that would drain/destroy/suck up water at a fairly prodigious rate if one wanted to drain a lake or area of a dungeon.
Starting from A, so far I've found Ashes of Unluck which could be a fairly decent buff if that -4 penalty became a +4 bonus.
