There was a published adventure a while back, I think in Dungeon Magazine but I'm not sure, which I've been trying to find again but I can't seem to locate:
I forget the exact deitals but IIRC it had a scene involving a "seer" who IIRC wasn't actually a member of the Seer class and who looked a bit like a female version of The Blotch from the "Mysterious Mysteries" episode of "Invader Zim", and she was encountered in a chamber that had a bunch of pillars of goo or energy or pillar-shaped tears in reality or something through which far realm creatures or aberrations or something like that (possibly wystes) swam.
Does anybody know what this is from?
