The Abjurant Champion has the requirement: "must be able to cast 1st-level arcane spells, including at least one abjuration spell." The Divine Magician alternative class feature of the Cleric allows a Cleric to get an arcane spell of the same level of any new divine spell.

If my Cleric gets Shield (abjuration, level 1) at level 1 and True Strike (level 1) at level 2, will he meet the spellcasting requirements for Abjurant Champion?

No. They are divine spells for the Cleric.

Anyspell (Spell Domain) lets you cast arcane spells. Abjurant Champion still won't advance your cleric casting, because it is still a divine casting class, but you can qualify for it otherwise.

Paragnostic Apostle has a similar ability to increase the AC of spells that give AC, and works for Divine or Arcane.

or you could just ask your dm if he'd let you play a divine version of abjurant champion
