Do I add these to my to attack or to damage? Sorry it seams like a no brainer but it's tripping me up.

Psychic Focus. While focused on this discipline, you gain resistance to fire damage, and you gain a +2 bonus to rolls for fire damage.

Damage only. And only to damage that is a function of rolling dice. Damage based off a set number such as level or rage bonus would not add the additional damage.
