Are there options for my reptile loving friend in Ironclaw?

Just curious. I'm looking at Ironclaw Omnibus, which doesn't have any reptiles. I'm wondering if there's a splatbook for reptile lovers like my friend. :)

From what I could find, there aren't any. Might have to homebrew some up.

Edit: pretty sure there are NPC reptile races you could base them off of
