does standing from prone count as moving?

I know standing up from uses half your movement, but does it count as moment for the purposes of things like booming blade?

I am thinking of giving my mage Hunter swashbuckler/battlemaster trip attack and wondered, if I rub in and hit some poor wizard with a booming blade then trip them up, do I then get to have them make lovely choice?

stand up, take booming rider damage, cast and get AoO sneak attack

or

cast while prone, taking the AoO sneak attack with advantage and spend the nedmxt turn lying prone next to my rogue.

(or teleport away like some fun spoiling douche)

No. I believe there was a clarification on that, which I'm saying partly to get at least ten characters.

Standing up after being knocked prone does not trigger Booming Blade damage.

well that's a shame, just have to trip him up and stab him in the throat the old fashioned way :)
