AoE bard?

As a (still new-ish and confused) player ive been trying to find a bard that does some sort of constsnt AoE shockwave damage, does this sorta thing exsist?

I would suggest the Stormsinger prestige class, from Frostburn. Combine it with Sublime Chord for best results—a good build would be Bard 5/Stormsinger 5/Sublime Chord 1/Stormsinger 6–10 (progressing Sublime Chord)/Sublime Chord 2–5.
