I have an idea for a new sorcerer bloodline for a non-PFS game. Any suggestions? Should I weaken it? Should it even be allowed?

Bloodline Powers
Eidolon :At 1st level, you gain an eidolon. Your effective sumoner level for this ability is equal to your sorcerer level Ė 3 (minimum 1st). This bloodline power counts as your bloodline arcana and the first level power.
Enhanced Summons: At 3rd level, whenever you summon creatures with a conjuration (summoning) spell or summon your eidolon, they gain a +2 natural armor bonus and they gain a +4 bonus on saves against paralysis, poison, polymorph, sleep, and stunning.
Occult Arcana: At 9th level, you can add any one spell from the summoner spell list to your list of spells known. This spell must be of a level that you are capable of casting. You can also add one additional spell at 13th level and 17th level.
Aspect: At 15th level, you gain the ability to divert up to 4 points from your eidolonís evolution pool to add to himself. You cannot select any evolution that the eidolon could not possess, and you must be able to meet the requirements as well. You cannot select the ability increase evolution through this ability. Any points spent in this way are taken from the eidolonís evolution pool (reducing the total number available to the eidolon). The summoner can change the evolutions he receives from these points any time he can change the eidolonís evolutions. At 18th level, the maximum number of points divertible becomes 6.
Occult Master: At 20th level, your body surges with occult power. You gain immunity to critical hits and sneak attacks. You also gain resistances to cold 10 and fire 10. You also gain access to the summonerís Merge Forms ability, but treat the duration as 1 min/level.
