[3.5] Cancer Mage/Ur-Priest

Looking for some help with an NPC:

I need earliest possible entry for Cancer Mage, then into Ur-Priest.

Ideally, will look something like X 3/Cancer Mage 8/Ur-Priest 9. (Not necessarily in that order: trying to get 9th level spells as early as is feasible).

Also, looking for a way to get one of the following domains onto Ur-Priest: Corruption and/or Pestilence.

Sources: any non-FR, no-Eberron, and no Dragon mag, homebrew, or 3rd party.

This will be difficult, but it's doable

human savage bard 1/monk2/cancer mage 3/ur-priest x/theurge x

feats:
1: great fortitude
1: poison immunity
3: toughness
otyugh hole: iron will
6: sf (evil)
9-onward: whatever

neither deity has both those domains, and even though you're the dm, a contemplative dip is probably not in the cards fluff-wise. arcane disciple could get you either or both domains, just say you're stealing the spells from that god.

I don't see any way of getting both domains without a setting-specific prestige class, so pick one.

Human, Savage Bard 2/ Duskblade 1/ Cancer Mage 2/ Ur-Priest 5/ Contemplative 1/ whatever.

Great Fortitude, Toughness, Poison Immunity at 1, 1, and 3
Iron Will from the Otyugh Hole
Spell Focus: Evil from moderate corruption (HoH), and use the Ritual of Alignment in Savage Species to gain the evil subtype to be immune to the drawbacks of taint.

Maybe just a suggested ability array (15,14,13,12,10,8), a skill/feat allocation?
