so I plan to introduce The Top Member of My players Guild. A level 20 Martial-Master Human Fighter.
Who Is A Genius tactician.

I do know The Trick To Martial Master is to Take The prerequisites Feats with those feats earned from leveling up so you can gain better ones with Martial Flexibility

My Question is what Type of Weapon and Build is Best for A Martial Master

say Between Two sword & shield. Pole-arm . or any other what style Benefits the martial master best.

This Character is to be top Tier in my game and since magic is rare she will be Top end

Why not all of them? A level 20 Martial Master can pick up nearly every combat feat in the game. A better question might be "what don't you want him to be able to use?"
