Not that I know of, but there aren't a lot of rules in it. at a cursory glance, there's nothing in half-drow that would've changed in the 3.5 update anyway, so you're all set.

are you trying to get into kinslayer or something?

IIRC on the same book there is the Deepwyrm Half-Drow which are superior to half drow in every way and are still half drow for basically all purposes.

Deepwyrm Half-Drow are from Dragon Magic, page 6. As a bonus, the text implicitly gives the okay to Half-Drow as presented in Races of Faerūn.

Drow of the Underdark also touches on half-drow. As Erelhei-Cinlu is a city in Greyhawk, not Forgotten Realms, the book specifically says that the half-drow in that city are basically just dusky-skinned Half-Elves, and using the Half-Drow race from Races of Faerun isn't appropriate for that setting. It then provides a Drow Legacy feat that reinstates much of the drow-specific qualities that a standard Half-Elf doesn't get (darkvision, proficiency with hand crossbows, the racial SLA's so long as they have Int 13+), but also imposes a limited version of the Drow's Light Blindness (dazzled as normal, but not blinded for the first round).
