Read the description a few times...I may have missed it, but it seems the golem does not bypass DR/Magic correct?
A bit rusty working with these :)

Nope, only two things primarily bypass dr/magic are:
1-attacks that have at least +1 enhancement bonus to damage and attack.
2-the natural weapons of creatures with dr/magic.
Since a golem is /adamantine, not /magic, their attacks don't overcome dr/magic.

and damage from spells or powers unless otherwise specified. e.g. if you're hit with a fireball or similar, dr does not apply.

Note that this bonus must be from a magical source. Just pointing out because there are ways of getting a non-magical enhancement bonus (Baatorian green steel, for example).
