Dissolute Priest Help: Bard Spells onto Cleric list

Any tips or thoughts on how to get Bard spells on a Cleric?
I want to do a rather dissolute cleric, and Bard spells work nicely for that flavor (tricksy, sociable, congenial, licentious).

Olidammara's bard spell, from dragon 342 page 42, is a fourth level cleric spell that lets you prepare three spell levels of bard spells, though it looks like you need to be a cleric of Olidammara to get it. You only get core spells unless you have a scroll or friendly bard on hand, but even limited in both spell level and book access, the versatility offered is amazing. 3rd level core bard spells represent the likely peak of bard spell awesomeness, after all, given that glibness is one of those spells. The other stuff in that section is great too. Olidammara's carapace is basically wall of stone crossed with dimension door out of a fifth level slot. You can get both of those two spell levels lower with initiate of Olidammara too, and you get festival feast reduced to second level, which is kinda like create food and water. Really good deal all around. You even get some extra monsters you can summon, including some fey.
