My player's just levelled up to 7th level granting the Shaman access to 4th spells and Lesser Planar Ally.
The Shaman player loves all things plants and I’m wondering if it would work by sending a creature that either has the half-fiend or half-celestial template.
My idea is, the plant was awoken, giving it an intelligence score which would qualify it for either fiend or celestial template, and then through that it could be summoned via the spell.
I'm stretching this idea, as the spell is available now. But I’m thinking should I just wait to say if you want these types of creatures it's better to wait for Lesser Entice Fey, and have plant like fey or plants with fey templates.
Edit: Just found that the simple templates can be used. Fiendish, Celestial, Entropic, Resolute.
