OK. It's nowhere near as insane as the ubercharger. It probably doesn't even make much of a difference either.
But, basically, take Whirling Frenzy alternate rage. Then go one level in Bear Warrior. Now you have a stat-wise improvement over the normal rage, and the benefits of Whirling Frenzy, and the stat improvement is even better for Whirling Frenzy since they'd normally be missing more of the stats than normal rage.
So...that's cool. You do end up not being able to wield weapons without some kind of additional investment, but it's not difficult. In a build that considers raging, you probably already have power attack, so this is basically a 2 level dip for:
+1 attack/round at BAB (applies -2 to all attacks), +2 Dodge bonus to AC/Reflex, +8 bonus to Strength, +2 bonus to Dexterity, and a +4 bonus to Constitution.
(Arguably also +2 Will and -2 to AC, but Bear Warrior says "normally" before those bonuses, which implies that it doesn't override, but also doesn't grant those bonuses.)
