Gem Dragon Planar Travel

My character has been charged with the care of two Emerald wyrmlings. He suceeded on his Diplomacy check with one and failed with the other so it used it's Planar Travel ability to vanish. Her sibling found her and returned to report her location.

My question is this, can the Emerald's planar travel ability carry passengers with it like a planar shift or a teleport or does it only work on the wyrmling itself?

The planar travel ability makes no mention of riders or bringing other people along, so no. The dragon could however stuff someone into a bag of holding, and then travel with the bag and then let the person out
