If you take find familiar can you cast it as a ritual after you used it for the day?

Nope. Ritual casting is a specific feature that not all spellcasters have.

Minor clarification, if you took Magic Initiate for a class you have levels in and that class has Ritual Casting, then you can.

As a bonus, even though you didn't ask:
In addition, you can also cast the selected spell from a higher level spell slot only in this case.

Just take the ritual caster feat instead and get it as a ritual. Of course I don't know what cantrips you want or how important casting it as a ritual is

Nope. You get to cast it from the special Magic Initiate slot that you can only spend on Find Familliar in this case. And unless you used Magic Initiate to get more spells for the class you were already a member of, you can only use Find Familliar with that slot. Yes, even is the spell is on your list too.

compare it to Androids, Blackberries and IPhones. You can get apps for them, and surely some apps are available across platforms, but you can't use the Extra Phone ability to use an app for the IPhone, on the Android.
