Pact of martyrdom exploit: How to increase your HP total above HP maximum (3.5)

So I was just randomly reading some spells and I found the spell Pact of Martyrdom from PGtF and it says "You exchange hit point totals with a target that has fewer hit points than you do." meaning that by RAW since it says nothing about HP cap of a character if you cast this on someone with maximum HP lower than yours you can increase their HP total over their maximum HP and to fix your own HP, that is what wands of lesser vigor are for.

Mix with troll blooded and the favor spell of the same set and you can survive switching hp totals with a party member who is in negatives regardless of the totals.
