Reliable Silent Spell

There are a couple prestige classes that give reliable methods of removing somatic components from spells, but I cannot think of any that do this for vocals. Are there any?

Geometers (Complete Arcane, p. 39) can prepare their spells as Spellglyphs, thus removing verbal and materialk components, costs 25 gp/spell level (level 1)

Runesmiths (Races of Stone, p. 118) get the ability to change a spell into 2/day spell-like ability, removing verbal, somatic and material components (level 5)

Phaerimm (Lost Empires of Faerun, p. 187) casts all spells as spell-like abilities [a monster race, not class]

Shadowcraft Mage (RoS 120) lets you use heightened Silent Image to mimic every other spell you could possibly want and then applies Silent Spell to it for free.

dweomerkeeper if you're in a very high op group removes all components.
