Where is it best to post questions on 3rd party books

It's probably best to just start a thread for your question, unless you meant a general place for asking about such things? That doesn't really exist here.

If you're wondering where to put such a thread, it goes in whatever sub-forum is appropriate for the game the 3rd Party material was designed for. For example, if you want to ask about some d20 compatible products, you should post that thread here in the 3e/3.5/d20 forum.

When asking about a 3rd Party product, be sure to be as informative as possible about what source the material is from, because people aren't as likely to know what you're talking about from just a class/feat/spell name.
