Alchemist Mutagen for Beast Shape?

Is there an alchemist mutagen which duplicates Beast Shape, in particular at first level?

I have a prospective player who wants to run an alchemist, which isn’t a class I’ve really looked at. He seems to be suggesting that the alchemist can completely change shape, presumably through a mutagen, similar to wildshape or Beast Shape. At first level.

Is this accurate, or is there a misunderstanding somewhere?

Not level 1, but it sounds like a misinterpretation as to how Beastmorph Alchemists work.
