Just wondering how Improved Spell Capacity the Epic feat works out for Chameleons does it:

1. Just not work (pre-req rule)
2. Works but only for Arcane or Divine spell list (one feat per spell level per arcane/divine)
3. Works for both spell lists per feat taken (one feat purchase gets you 7th level arcane/divine spells).

I'm guessing either 1 or 2 are correct, but I have been wrong before.

You can’t use any abilities gained from your aptitude focus, ability boon, or mimic class feature abilities to qualify for a
feat, prestige class, or other option.

Nope. You can't use your foci to qualify for feats.
