Rock throwing and catching

Hey all.
I'm wondering if there are any ways to get the monstrous traits of Rock Throwing (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/rules-for-monsters/universal-monster-rules/#Rock_Throwing_Ex) and/or Rock Catching (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/rules-for-monsters/universal-monster-rules/#Rock_Catching_Ex).
If there are any, are there any choices that DO NOT require size Large?

P.S. Trying to make a Str-based caster using the Adept Godling (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/3rd-party-classes/super-genius-games/adept-godling/) class.

Okay, Rock Throwing can be gained from the Oracle mystery, Stone (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle/mysteries/paizo-oracle-mysteries/stone/).
No Rock Catching, tho.:smallannoyed:

I'm not sure of any way to actually catch a rock thrown by a giant, but Return Shot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#returnShot) can be used to deflect a boulder, even though Deflect Arrows explicitly can't. (I used that on the Gnome Giant Slayer round of Iron Chef, since I was making a gnome who was pretending to be a very small giant and who needed a way to mimic Rock Catching.)

@OP: You can get both of those traits from the Giant Form (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/g/giant-form-i/) line of spells.

You said you didn't want to be large. I suppose we could have suggested Huge giants instead though :smalltongue:

Yes, there's a way to throw rocks like a giant:

Races of Stone, Rock Hurling and Improved Rock Hurling feats. Goliaths qualify by virtue of their Powerful Build trait, so it wouldn't be a stretch to say that anyone with Powerful Build would qualify, not just Goliaths.

Here's how you catch rocks:

The Catch Weapons ability from Hulking Hurler will do it. It grants Snatch Arrows and specifically overrides the Deflect Arrows limitation on catching thrown rocks.

You may be able to convince your GM that you could do it with the Snatch Arrows feat as long as you also have Rock Hurling. Normally, Snatch Arrows only lets you catch ranged weapons that can be deflected with Deflect Arrows, and Deflect Arrows has special language that forbids deflecting rocks that giants throw.

Edit - All of my suggestions are 3.5, I don't know of methods to do it in Pathfinder.
