Away from books right now.

I know there are Dwarf, Elf, Halfling, Kobold, Drow, and Gnome. For that matter, is there an Orc domain?

Is there a Goblin clerical domain?AFAIK, no.
For that matter, is there an Orc domain?Yes - in the Player's Guide to Faerūn.
Also, there's the Kobold Domain (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060420a).

There is indeed an Orc Domain! I believe it's from the Spell Compendium.

Granted Power: You gain the smite power, the ability to make a single melee attack with a +4 bonus on attack rolls and a bonus on damage rolls equal to your cleric level (if you hit). You must declare the smite before making the attack. It is usable once per day. If used against a dwarf or an elf, you get a +4 bonus on the smite attack roll.
1st: Cause Fear
2nd: Produce Flame
3rd: Prayer
4th: Divine Power
5th: Prying Eyes
6th: Eyebite
7th: Blasphemy
8th: Cloak of Chaos
9th: Power Word, Kill

Edit: Ninja'd and corrected... It is indeed from Player's Guide to Faerun, although it is also listed in the Spell Compendium.
