cost for larger than normal armor/weapon?

For mundane arms/armor, what's the modifier on the cost of it?

And the modifiers for spellbooks? I mean, you can't just have a little book for a really big spell caster. That's just silly.

I would guess that something similar applies to weapons, and maybe a few other things.

It states here that Large weapons are 2x price of Medium weapons:

which is consistent with the price of Large Humanoid Armour.

So, Huge, Gargantuan, and Colossal Weapons, I think should have the same price modifier as corresponding armours.
