Circle of the bear-druid: A racial class

Many of us have played as a druid who turns into a bear, but what about a bear who is a druid? This racial class (a synergistic combination of race and class that have to be taken together for balance reasons) explores just that possibility.

Sometimes a bear will be selected to be a guardian of the wilds and of bear kind. It enters a deeper than normal hibernation that may last for years, or even decades. When it awakens its mind is sharpened, it can talk and it has begun to master druidic magic. However it is also slowed from its long slumber, losing much of your bearish speed.

Race features: You gain plus three to strength and plus three to constitution. Your claws are 1d8 natural weapons and grant advantage on climbing, but because you have hands not claws you cannot wield tools or weapons. You cannot wear armour unless it has been especially crafted to fit bears. You cannot take proficiency in history, arcana or religion at character creation. You can use beast speech to talk to bears at will.

Circle features: Lvl 2: You begin to recover from the long sleep that made you a druid. Your movement speed increases by 10ft. You gain potency as a healer, when you cast goodberry add your wisdom modifier to the number of berries created. When you cast goodberry with a spell slot over level one, increase the number of berries created by five per spell level over level one.

Lvl 6: You continue to recover from your long sleep, gain an extra attack. Your natural weapon attacks become magical.

Lvl 10: Totem of healing. All allies within 30 ft of you, including yourself, have advantage on death saving throws. During a short rest your party regains extra hit-points equal to your wisdom modifier.

Lvl 14: Bearington’s legacy. You may expend a wild-shape to transform into a human with an appearance of your choice. If you do you retain all attributes.

I can be pretty absent minded sometimes. What is missing?

How does it work? It says you're a bear, but what are the bear's features? How does it cast spells without Natural Spell, if it's a druid? How does this interact with multiclassing?

Racial features is the third paragraph.

It can cast without natural spell because it's a pc race 'bear' and all pc races can cast unless otherwise noted.

Because it's a racial class multiclassing is not supported, but if the DM will allow it, go ahead.
