Do I have to trade in two spells when I pick my two Spells at 10th level from magical secrets

Nope MS counts as the 2 additional spells known the Bard gets at level 10.

So I can basically have four extra spells known, from magical (6th)and additional magical secrets(10th)?

If you're a lore bard, yep.

Well not quite "extra," the Spells Known on the table reflects the spells that Magical Secrets at level 10 gives you. You see how it goes from 12 spells known at level 9 to 14 spells known at level 10? Those two new spells can be taken from any class' spell list, but that means you won't pick up any normal Bard spells at level 10 unless you trade up. The spells gained from Additional Magic Secrets at level 6 for a Lore Bard are free though and don't count against your list of spells known, so at level 6 you get one new Bard spell and two new spells from any class.
