A few feats to improve fighters skill- and save-wise. Martial Talents is a compressed version of the improved fighter feats that were posted here a while back (where each feat was buffed and granted a class skill to fighters as well); my version also ensures you won't need too many skill points to make use of the skills as well.
Martial Talents
Over the course of your adventuring career, your fighting talents have revealed applications outside of pure combat .
Prerequisites
Fighter level 2nd.
Benefit
You may use all of your fighter class skills untrained. You gain a bonus on all your fighter class skills equal to one-half your fighter level, except for Craft.
For each of the following feats you possess, add the corresponding skills to your fighter class skills.

Special: If you invest skill points in a cross-class skill that later becomes a class skill for you by virtue of this feat, you regain all the spent skill points. You are free to invest them in this skill again (now at a 1-point-for-1-rank basis) and/or other skills.
Martial Grace
Your mind and body have been tempered by your many battles, and you now move with a deadly and indomitable grace both on and off the battlefield.
Prerequisites
Fighter level 6th.
Benefits
You add one-half your number of fighter bonus feats as a bonus on all your saving throws and your Armor Class.
Special
A fighter may select Martial Grace as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Professional Adventurer
You are adept at seeking out quests and dealing with the beasts that would prevent you from finishing them.
Benefits
Add Gather Information and Knowledge (dungeoneering) to your list of class skills. You may use these skills untrained.
Special
A fighter may select Professional Adventurer as one of his fighter bonus feats.
