I have ToB and have seen several posts refering to the Mystical Sword Sage and was curious where those specifications are located? Thanks.

Check the "Adaptation" entry for the Swordsage.

Thanks had a sticky covering Adaptation and kept missing it (Unlimited spellcasting (Super Warlock or Sorcerer with other stuff)) as I would stop reading after seeing the monk text.

You only get abjuration, evocation, and transmutation: touch or personal spells mostly .
Abjur:
Shield, Protect from aligned
Evoc:
Shocking Grasp
Trans
enlarge person, reduce person, magic weapon, expenditous retreat, jump, feather fall, endure elements,
That would be the core manuevers choosable for 1st.
2nd:
Abjur:
arcane lock, obscure object, protect arrow, resist energy
Evoc:
darkness, continual flame, scorching ray
Trans:
Alter Self, Bear's Endur, Bull's Str, Cat's Grace, Darkvision, Eagle Slendor, Fox Cunning, Levitate, Owl Wisdom, Rope trick, Spider Climb,
Right off the bat: I think this guy makes a awesome buffer.

I agree basically unlimited spellcasting like a Warlock up to level 9 spells and a major improvement over a sorcerer.
