It is not aggressive, unless you want to implant a suggestion, but it does allow a saving throw...

Depends on Edition, and/or your DM's idea of what constitutes an "attack". Talk to your DM.

Yes, it does, if you play 3.5 or Pathfinder. To quote directly from the Invisibility (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/invisibility.htm) (PF (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/i/invisibility/)) spell:
For purposes of this spell, an attack includes any spell targeting a foe or whose area or effect includes a foe.
It does not matter if the spell is harmful or aggressive, you even end your invisibility if you cast cure light wounds on your foe.
