Can I attack with my Bigby's hand as my bonus action and cast a spell in the same turn?

I believe so, as long as you aren't re-casting the spell.

Yes most definitely. The attack with the hand is a bonus action and isn't casting a spell at all. Your main action then can be pretty much anything. However, Bigby's Hand requires concentration, so the spell you are casting as your main action needs to not require concentration.
