Still a fairly new player to D&D and just got to the point where I'm modifying my undead with multiple templates, and am wondering if my final stats are correct or if I am doing something wrong. I am leaving out some of the generic stuff.

My starting point is a adult black dragon.

Adult Black Dragon

Size - Large
19 HD - DR 5 magic SR 18
Speed - 60ft. fly - 150ft
AC - 27 Touch - 9 flat footed - 24
Base Atk -19 GRP - 29 Atk 24
Attack - Bite 19 (2d6+6)
Full Attack - Bite 19 (2d6+6), 2x Claw 14 (1d8+3), 2x Wing 14 (1d6+3), Tail 14 (1d8+9)

Saves - Fort (15), Ref (11), Will (12)
Str (23) Dex (10) Con (19) Int (12) Wis (13) Cha (12)

I am turning it into a Skeletal dragon. I am a dread necromancer with undead mastery plus corpsecrafter. So we end up with this.

Skeletal Adult Black Dragon

Size - Large
19 HD - DR 5 magic DR 5 bludgeoning
Speed - 60ft. fly - 150ft
AC - 12 Touch - 9 flat footed - 24
Base Atk -19 GRP - 29 Atk 24
Attack - Bite 19 (2d6+8)
Full Attack - Bite 19 (2d6+8), 2x Claw 14 (1d8+4), 2x Wing 14 (1d6+4), Tail 14 (1d8+12)

Saves - Fort (15), Ref (11), Will (12)
Str (27) Dex (14) Con (-) Int (-) Wis (10) Cha (12)
Feats - Improved initiative

Also am using the vicious variant for skeletons, giving it the following.

- Claw attacks are treated as 1 size larger
- Gains Rend
- Gains bonus feat Improved critical claws

And then I am awakening it. (yes we rule they gain feats)

- Gaining 7 feats
- Gains 19x5 skill points
- Wisdom score changes to 10
- +2 turn resistance
- +2 will vs control undead

This is what I have when I combine it all together.

Vicious Skeletal Adult Black Dragon

Size - Large
19 HD - 247 DR 5/bludgeoning DR 5/magic SR 18
Speed - 60ft.
AC - 12 Touch - 9
Base Atk -19 GRP - 29 Atk 24
Attack - Bite 19 (2d8+8)
Full Attack - Bite 19 (2d8+8), 2x Claw 19 (2d8+4), 2x Wing 19 (1d8+4), Tail 19 (2d6+12)
REND- creature hit with 2 claws- (2d8+4)X2 +12

Qualities - immune to acid, undead qualities
Saves - Fort (Immune (15 objects)), Ref (11), Will (12)
Str (27) Dex (14) Con (-) Int (10) Wis (10) Cha (12)

Frightful presence 180ft will DC 20

skills
climb+19, intimidate+19, listen+19, move silently+19, spot+19

7 feats
multiattack, improved multiattack, improved natural attack x3(bite, claw, wing), improved critical claw, improved initiative, dire charge, powerattack

Does this look right? I have a strong feeling I did something wrong but my knowledge of the game is still pretty low. So if anyone can point out any mistakes it would be really helpful.

Your dex improved by 4 which should increase AC (and Touch AC) by 2 points but it looks like you missed that. Most of the rest seems right but I didn't look at it too hard.

Are you sure the skills shouldn't be 22*5? I'm pretty sure that the 1st HD gets the 4* skill points that 1st level characters get, which would increase the total number of skill points. But, I'm afb, so I could be wrong.

You are completely right, I forgot to add that in, thanks!

I actually kind of feel dumb for forgetting this one...
Edit - it actually should be 4*4 for first level + 18*4. Undead get 4 skill points per level, don't know why I put 5.

Note: awakened Skeletal Dragon should regain it's spellcasting

That is something I did not know. Even though it only gets 3rd level sorcerer spells they are gonna be a huge help. Mage armor and shield are gonna be really helpful with it's weak 14 AC! Thanks for that information!
