So race will be goblin and class will be mystic. One this my know is I want the discipline is Giants growth. But order and other disciplines I have no idea so let see what we can make shall we.

Easy: Yoda. Go Soulknife, mastery of Force, mastery of wood and Earth. Just adopt a funny accent and you've got a lovable Jedi

I'm already playing a Jedi with a high elf mystic.

Ah, a Blue (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/monsters/blue.htm)!

I don't have any ideas offhand for a build, but there was a 3.5 article about them (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20020826a).

Hmm well there goes that idea! The only thing I can think of off the top my head is pick up Diminution to get extra mileage out of Fury of the small.
Have you looked into Wu Jen? There's plenty of fun to be had with the wizard spells it provides. My favorite build so far combines mastery of light and shadow, mastery of wood and earth, and animate dead for Shadows, Earth Elementals (refluffed as animated fossils) and zombies/skellys. All of that makes a half decent necromancer.

On a side note, Blues were a psionic goblin race back in 3.5, and due to their intelligence became tribal shamans of sorts. You could always pull from that.

EDIT: Ninja'd! Glad someone else knew about Blues though

I did a goblin deep stalker ranger 5/wu jen 4
Archer, with sharpshooter and stralthy feats.

Hunters mark, goodberry, pass without trace, spike growth (there is a grappler in the party)

Mastery of light and shadow for darkness
Mastery of force for armor
Nomadic arrow
Precognition (+1d4 in attacks, saves and skill)
Hard to miss, and can use reaction to try again if happen.
Incredible steathy with "cunning action", advantage with darkness and +12+1d4, and enemies can get benefit from darkvision.
Can hit pretty hard and is damn hard to be hitted.
But after elvish accuracy was released, I would trade goblin and steathy for him.
