What's written right there. I'm working on a crazy build and it may have to rely on the aid another ability to work. I'm sure some of all know of a few ways to add some bonuses to this

Savant doesn't actually improve aid another, it just gives you a peculiar system where you can substitute your ranks for your ally's.
If we're interested in improving ally rolls, exemplar's ability to take a penalty to a skill and give it to an ally as a bonus is worth noting.
Spellcaster Support from OA uses aid another to boost DCs.
As explained in RC, you can give expert assistance if you have 5 ranks in a skill. You can add 1 to the bonus for every 10 points by which you exceed the DC 10 roll.

Additionally, if you have 5 ranks you can take a -4 penalty on your check to give everyone within 30 feet a +2 circumstance bonus on their checks. Or, at 15 ranks, a -10 for a +5.
