Yondu's Whistling Arrow.
Special Weapon (Requires Attunement)
Item Price: Uncommon
This weapon resembles a crossbow bolt, but is controlled and propelled only by the weilder's whistles.
Against one opponent within 60 feet, you can make an Attack Action with the Arrow (Proficiency Bonus + Charisma Modifier vs Armor Class), dealing 1d6 + Charisma Modifier Piercing damage on a hit.
Optional Ruling:
On a Natural 20 attack roll, you can make another attack against a different enemy as a free action. You can only do this when attuned with Yondu's Whistling Arrow, and can only affect up to 5 targets with these extra attacks in a single round.
