I generally play in games with decent stats and thought it might be fun to make a character who is an unarmored warrior (Like Samurai Jack). And stacking up Duelist Int with Wisdom, and finding a way to use Dexterity for Damage sounded cool.

But I'm having trouble finding a way to make either of these two classes and work.

Is there some kind of build to make this happen?

If you can get an amulet of mighty fists with the weapon property Agile (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapon-special-abilities/agile/), you can get your Dex to damage. A three level dip into Unchained Rogue will get Dex to damage, and free weapon finesse too.

Or, go for Wisdom to attack/damage instead with Guided (https://sites.google.com/site/pathfinderogc/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapons-non-core/weapon-property---guided). Guided Hand (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/guided-hand/) nets you Wisdom to hit, but not to damage, though requires channel energy, Channel Smite, and worshiping a deity with unarmed strike as their favored weapon.

Duelist is generally not a good idea for Monk because it doesn't advance your monk features e.g. ki pool, ki powers, flurry etc. It also makes you care about your Int score, which makes you even more MAD than normal monks are.

I would personally drop the monk part of it altogether and be a Kensai Magus. Or if you don't want any spellcasting at all I'd probably go Fighter or Slayer into Duelist.

I second going with a kensai magus, particularly if you want to go with a Samurai Jack feel for the character.

Adding 3 ability scores to AC is cool, but to do so really saps the other abilities of the character. I have never seen a functional build that used three, but plenty running around use two.
