I assume you mean corpsecrafter.

no. both provide an enhancement bonus, so it would not stack.

As far as I can tell, the +2 hit points per hit die would stack, but the +4 enhancement bonuses to Strength wouldn't.

yeah that's true since they're untyped. in any event, it wouldn't apply to summons. these only apply to undead you raise or create.
