Would this choice be automatically evil? Or non-good? I'm just toying with the idea of creating a ranger whose first and foremost favored enemy would be all Good Outsiders. Any reasonable alignment range for this range?

It would not be evil. It is not defined as non-good ether. It makes you better at fighting good outsiders. An CG outsider who opposed the LG outsiders on orders of law or an LG outsider who guarded an thing from CG outsider scallywags could all benefit from favored enemy outsider (good).

Favored Enemy is completely silent on alignment implications of picking any options, so no.

I can see Good Outsiders taking it so they have a slightly improved chance of rescuing lost comrades. It's really difficult trying to find people that don't want to be found, so every bit helps.

Plus, that bonus to bluff could be what it's all about. Maybe you're a celestial prankster

As said above, favored enemy does not influence your alignment at all. It could represent having been around good outsiders to the point you know what makes them tick.

Nothing says your favored enemy is something you have routinely killed, or just because it is a favored enemy you have to go kill it.
