Hey guys,

So Pierce Magical Concealment from CM does just that: pierce magical concealment, right? Spells that create concealment effects. Blink has a weird bit about how concealment applies even to ethereal-plane piercing attacks, but other than that, the effect isn't really concealment, per say. A lot of people seem to think that PMC also pierces blink, allowing for all sorts of fun sneak attack shenanigans, but I'm skeptical. Especially since it isn't specifically listed with the other concealment spells, despite being a very unique spell in terms of mechanics. What are your thoughts?

The feat, despite the name, calls out 'miss chances', not 'miss chances from concealment'. Note that Ghostform is on the list, despite very clearly not being a concealment miss chance. Blink is still a miss chance, so it's cancelled. If you want a fluff explenation, you can see and predict when a Blinking person will be on the right plane, and time appropriately.

I'd say it's because your other senses are trained to be that much sharper. Note that Blind-Fight is a prereq, which in addition to rerolling miss chances also lets you keep your Dex bonuses vs. attackers you can't even see. So right at the moment they blink back into existence, your other senses tip you off and your blade (or w/e) is moving far before a normal person's would be.
