Please list the ways to get expertise

You have expertise from bard (3rd) and from rogue (2dn). You also get it from knowledge cleric on some skills. There are also UA feats that give you expertise in one skill, one attribute and one special ability. The one for athletics (called brawny I think) seems really nice if you are doing a grappler. Im probably missing something, but thats from the top of my head.

Rogue 1 (any skill and even thieves' tools)
Rogue 6 (same as above)
Cleric (knowledge) 1; (2 from arcana, history, nature, religion).
Sorcerer (Draconic) 1; only for charisma checks (persuasion, deception, performance, intimidation) when interacting with dragons.

No, for all bards, it's a class feature.
The lore bard just gets some additional skills at level 3, but expertise is for all bards.
