Here they outline Revenant Dragonborn, whose get +1 Str, +1 Con, +1 Cha.

The damage type of their breath weapon is changed to Necrotic, and they have Resistance to Necrotic damage, but the area of effect (cone or line) from their 'living' form (whatever it was before they became Revenants) remains unchanged.
