I remember a couple years back as I was first getting into D&D, I was reading about a class in either 3E or 3.5 (most likely 3E) which is about as anti-magic you can get. It wasn't balanced well for a magic-heavy setting, but was still interesting.
I recall there being stipulations that a person of this class always had to Will save against even healing magic, couldn't carry magical items, and other things like that. I think in return they got special resistances to magic.
Does anyone know what class this is and/or what book it's from? I want to read over it again, but can't find it. Plus it might make an obnoxious NPC for my (or someone else reading this) players to have to deal with.
