Help Finding a Barbarian PrC

I vaguely recall seeing a PrC in some Dragon Magazine article that was fire-themed and allowed you to Rage forever, at the expense of needing to make an ever-increasing Will save to leave your Rage and taking CON damage while you're extending your Rage.

Could somebody please try to help me find it?
